Raipur, September 6, 2026: Justice Krushna Ram Mohapatra, the newly appointed Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, arrived in Raipur today. He was warmly welcomed on his arrival.
Judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court, the Registrar General, PPS, Protocol Officer, Principal District Judge, Raipur, and other judicial officers were present. Principal Secretary, Law Department, Collector Raipur, Revenue Commissioner and other senior administrative officers also attended the welcome.
The oath-taking ceremony of Justice Krushna Ram Mohapatra will be held on September 7, 2026, at 1:30 PM at Chhattisgarh Mandapam, Lok Bhavan, Raipur.
After the oath-taking ceremony, an Ovation Ceremony in honour of Justice Krushna Ram Mohapatra will be held at 4:15 PM on September 7 at the Chief Justice’s Court Room at the Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur.
The two events will mark the formal beginning of Justice Krushna Ram Mohapatra’s tenure as the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
